Prizes are dispensed in the form of an Amazon Gift Card.

Submission Rules

- Participants must have not published a book

- 1 Author per 1 literary submission

- Literary piece must be original and human written

- Poetry must be no more than 27 lines, double spaced

- Flash fiction must be no more than 150 words, single spaced

- Submission must not be published elsewhere in any capacity

- Genres & Topics Excluded from Consideration:

Politics

Religion

Violence

Suicide 

- Writing is submitted in PDF format with title only -- no author name. 

- There must be no reference to the author name within the document.

(Author name can be disclosed and shared in the submission form).

- Submission Fee: 

Nonrefundable fee of $17 for reading & consideration, not a decision.

Resubmissions due to any errors constitutes an additional $15 processing fee.

Withdrawing a paid submission constitutes an additional $15 processing fee.

- Deadline:  September 30, 2026

"The Road Not Taken" By Robert Frost

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
